I’m inspired this morning by a comment made yesterday by my colleague on the WEF’s New Models of Leadership Council, Chair Gianpiero Petriglieri, on whether we need a new aesthetics of leadership today. Fifteen years ago I created a research group at MIT to examine the aesthetics of computation -- so I got excited to start thinking about this question that Gianpiero so timely raised for me.
